Poor customer service, terrible quality
I ordered the same item as my order last year but got surprised when they sent me a wig that was less than. It doesn't even fit my head. They wasting time trying to make me keep it and delay responses, playing games. Asking me if I want a $30 refund. I'm so disappointed. They just lost ANOTHER customer. Prices keep going down every time I look at the site. They definitely lost their quality. My order came in and they don't have the cute little box anymore. It came in a bag. I'm done.
