Deceptive Business Practices & Inferior Products
Do not buy clothing from this China-based company!!! They do not honor standard return/refund policies despite what is stated on their website. I bought a dress that did not fit and was of poor quality. Per their request I emailed to get return address. Reply asked me to keep the dress and accept a 10% credit for the purchase. Eventually they offered me a 20% credit for the purchase, explaining that a return would be too expensive. Unethical and deceptive business practices!!!! September 4, 2025 response to their reply stating they could not find my order, implying my review was fabricated. They are lying. Another deceptive business practice.
