At first it was going well then it tanked. My drawdown hit over 50% and each time it would start to recover, it would tank again. I reached out several times to see what some options may be to help the account recover and I was told by them that they can't give me financial advice. They now have cut off communication. I bought the software on the premise that there was open communication between the the company as well as other members. There was at first but as soon as things started going bad, this communication was cut off. I finally have given up.
