Rough experience but customer service made it better
My first experience with this company was difficult requiring many emails to customer support and many weeks to receive my order. Customer service, however, was very responsive and did eventually get my order shipped. As compensation for the delay they offered me a free accessory and that shipment arrived promptly. Hopefully this was just a one-time logistics glitch because the product itself is excellent.
