If there's 0 stars i would give it. One of the worst CS i have ever encountered. Flight rescheduled to an unfavorable time from 3pm to 5pm, and then 5pm to 6pm, i initiated a refund since April 19, mind you its august 15th now, no updates, complete silence. I'll take it as a donation for this poor ass company. I will will be boycotting regardless of how cheap their fares are anymore.
