1. They will REPEATEDLY CHARGE YOU UNTIL YOU CANCEL. I have used them in the past several times and it was never subscription based. This is something new to scam more money out of you. 2. They claim that if you can't recover data, you can get refunded. That is a LIE! They will NOT REFUND over any circumstances. So don't expect a refund. The program will take days and days to scan the computer and can further damage your hard drive if it has a mechanical problem so beware. They were unable to recover my data and I had to take it to a professional. 3. It's like trying to cancel a gym membership so BEWARE!! 4. IF you are able to recover data, it will take DAYS and DAYS to scan your computer. BUT there is no guarantee and NO REFUNDS and you pay at your own risk but DON'T FORGET to cancel or you will pay AGAIN AND AGAIN!
