Champion helpdesk experience
After installing and activating my eSIM I had significant problems getting access to a mobile data network. I tried multiple times to get assistance and was given difference trouble shooting directions, non of which worked. I finally connected to their helpdesk on WhatsApp and Ferlene replied. They were able to detect that eSIMs that had been purchased for me and my wife had been mixed up. Very simple fix and I was online in no time thanks to their professional and knowledgeable trouble shooting. Thank you Ferlene! Converted me from a frustrated and grumpy customer to happy.
