Abruptly logged out while playing
Would give 5 stars almost perfect experience. However, on my last purchase, an incident happened. While I was playing the game, I was logged-out abruptly. Talked to customer service and they promptly apologized that it was accidental as they were clearing their logs. Will monitor within 2 days and hoping my issue is only an isolated case.
