Having ordered a product from jacket hub as a surprise gift for my wife, I realized the size was not appropriate. The team on the customer service desk responded very quickly to my query, offered my two very favorable alternatives, and expedited my choice promptly, and maintained clear and regular comms with me all thru the process. It was certainly one of the better interactions I have had with an online vendor.
