company is in Hong Kong, never got my order, Crooks
I ordered a shirt the first week in May. As of today 07/14/26, I have yet to receive it. The tracking stated it was out for delivery, not to my address but to the airport. This product comes from Hong Kong. I contacted customer service multiple times, only to be told to check under the bushes, under cars, in the tree, and on the roof. Did I check to see if any animal may have taken the package. Then they said I had to file with the delivery service, because they said it was marked as delivered. I contacted the post office who was the third party for delivery. They stated that the address that was on the tracking number was not mine and that due to legal issues could not provide that info. Also, that a claim had to be submitted by the seller, not the purchaser. So, at this point I very clearly stated I wanted a full refund. They no longer acknowledge my emails. They have refused to do the full refund. I believe any positive reviews are submitted by the company themselves. When I place honest reviews about this fraudulent company on their Facebook ads, all get taken down. Do not get scammed by this foreign company. They will take your money, give you nothing but a huge headache in return.
