Great customer service and my bag is absolutely GORGEOUS 😍 I had a strange experience with the delivery company, but the CS team went above and beyond to guide me through it. I purchased the Luna with silver hardware, and I’m in love! Now I’m seriously thinking about adding the Mini Song and the Drippy Roof to my collection 😅 They’re all just too cute!
