Bad Customer Service & Bad Product
Be careful and hope you don't get Andrew in customer service because he'll get mad and get his panties in a bunch when you ask to speak to a supervisor, and then reply to you and tell you "I also blacklisted and deleted your account as we reserve the right to revoke a customer's usage of our service at any time." Then somebody named Kazaam (who doesn't speak English) will double-down on the bad customer service. Also when you upload your resume created on this site into other sites, and select the auto-fill option where it's supposed to parse the resume from the PDF, the formatting is always off and you end up having to go in and retype and reformat everything else anyways. It doesn't pull it in as entered like most resume creator sites/apps do. It jumbles everything and is really a waste of time when you take into account how long it takes to fix everything.
