Criminal Customer Service
For weeks now, I have been trying and failing to get Pascal customer service to assist me with an exchange, though now I just want to return the piece and never deal with this company again. I have never been ignored when attempting to initiate an exchange or return. Don’t order anything from them! I feel conned.
