EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I had orders with this group in the past years ago and they were fine. Major issues now. One order couldn't be completed in a timely manner so they told me they'll give me back $50 USD in credit; seemed reasonable at first except no mention credit "burned" after a certain period. So I lost $50 USD already. Now I've got an order which I've been asking for a refund for nearly a MONTH. Sure no problem, right? Nope. Constant excuses about it has been "escalated", problem with the processing, how about an alternative (i replied with my choice but no response), and now they won't return my requests for an update. Nothing. Just took my money. Reach out to me; i have the screenshots to prove my claims and show that I was patient and never rude. Don't go with LFCarry when there are so many other alternatives. Still ongoing. To be fair, I'll update if anything changes.
