Dissapointing experience
The purchasing process on the 4URPC website was smooth and easy, but the delivery experience has been deeply disappointing. First, the package was shipped without any prior notice on a Sunday. Since no one was home at the time, the delivery was missed — and instead of simply rescheduling, I received an email putting the burden on me to contact the carrier, warning that the package would be returned if I didn’t act. After speaking with the carrier, I was informed that delivery could happen anytime within the next 10 days, meaning I am now stuck having to stay home, waiting indefinitely. This is unacceptable. In today’s world, any serious shipping service sends advance notice and tracking updates so the customer can plan. The lack of coordination and how 4URPC washes their hands of the shipping process shows a disappointing lack of responsibility. Because of this, what could have been a great buying experience has turned into a source of frustration. I will not purchase directly from their website again.
