Great machines and even better service! I bought a laptop from this shop a year ago and have been very happy with it since. After about 9 months the battery started malfunctioning so immediately contacted customer support, within hours I was given instructions to give them sufficient information on what was going on with the machine, they could not find the issue in my system read out so we decided to return the laptop under warrenty procedure. After some testing they replaced the battery the laptop was returned to me against no additional charges. Its been working without any issues since then
