6/5 star service, smooth and easy!
Great experience for the onboarding, fast and smooth, customer support very helpful and patient whenever needed, I am finding all needed features easy to use. A lot of data, insight and customization is available. Flow, ai, webhooks and API... everything is there. Personally this is the best service I have tried up to now for whatsapp API. If I may only suggest something to add, our startup is going to use a lot the API messaging feature, for both utility/marketing and for service messages. There is no UI/UX screen where we can see all the full chats with the contacts. But despite this, still remains a 6/5 star service!
