Terrible US shipping
Good design features. Shipping slow, expensive, and lack of information or compensation for delays.

Slow Shipping Times $$$
Shipping for US is expensive and takes 3 weeks. Quality of stitching and accuracy of placement sometimes is off the mark. Design work is great and easy to do. If you fix shipping speed, you have a great review anytime.
