Terrible customer support / service
Terrible customer support, product doesn't work and they refuse to issue refunds for a product that does nothing. They keep sending you BS links and telling you to do this and beat around the bush to extend their time so they don't have to issue a refund. It's so disgraceful after showing my bank the convo between us they are investigating now and said I'll get my money back soon. If I could rate 0 I would.
