Audrey stayed in contact with me during every step of my experience. My first delivery arrived shattered and the second one also arrived broken. You can only imagine how frustrating that was as a customer. But Audrey showed patience, accountability, and kindness. He ensure that the last delivery was packaged with extra care which it was. My vase arrived yesterday and it is perfect! I’m so grateful to have had such an empathetic and nice agent for this issue.
