Scam company
Item that arrived was nothing like the photos on the website. Photos showed a beautiful, high quality mug and what arrived was low quality and badly painted. And then I realised the payment summary included a tip. I think the website photos are AI and the whole thing is a scam. Edit: getting a refund was a nightmare. They tried to offer a partial refund, which was unacceptable considering what they sent, then they tried to exploit the PayPal resolution centre. They said they'd refund me if I returned the item and only on receipt of the return, then supplied a fake address (half of the address was in America and half was in China). No parcel service would accept that address, so I can only assume they wanted me to send the item to get lost and they wouldn't have to refund? I couldn't dispute this fake address automatically so had to ring PayPal. PayPal, to their credit, we're wonderful and sorted it all out for me and eventually I was refunded.
