STILL waiting …now at 7 weeks!
STILL waiting on my order after 7 weeks!! Very slow service communication. Fobbed me off when I asked for a refund after 5 weeks of waiting. Have been told another is in transit. Very, very poor. Don’t bother! * update mid September* Item arrived eventually and was faulty!!! Dropped stitches right on the collar. Very flimsy material and not the knitted jumper advertised. Again they tried to fob me off with a 15% then a 20% refund. After much haggling, they said they would send out another one. Ten days on and no word of it even being shipped. Fiasco.
