Great support
I have bought a couple mini batteries from Wattcycle and another one from a different brand. The first has had no issues and I am 100% satisfied with it and prefer it over the other brand. The second had a “hung BMS” after about a month and it stopped all input and output. I contacted support and they were quick to offer replacement rather than to try to fix the issue, which I appreciated. They offered some helpful suggestions but those didn’t help. They quickly sent a replacement.
