Serious Withdrawal Issues and Poor Support – Be Careful
At first, the platform looks good and offers attractive returns. However, the technical support, which is supposed to be 24/7, is extremely poor, and when it comes to withdrawing your money, the platform causes serious problems. In my case, I have been trying to withdraw assets for more than 24 hours and the verification code never arrived to my email. Because of this, my funds were completely blocked and I couldn’t add margin to my trading positions. As a result, I was liquidated on a future, losses that could have been prevented if I had access to my own money. I contacted support multiple times and received no helpful response. After more than one day I’m still unable to withdraw anything, and the situation has caused significant financial damage for me. The platform may look promising, but if you can’t trust the withdrawal process or the support team, it becomes a serious risk. My experience has been extremely disappointing.
