Unable to reach customer service
Parcel was lost in transit, and customer support was unresponsive to both emails and phone calls. Very disappointing.

The tour guide was inexperienced and his guidance was illogical and confusing. He aggressively pushed optional paid activities, treating those who spent extra with favour while being dismissive or rude to those who didn’t. The hotel room was extremely cramped. Additionally, toursforfun.com invited me to review my experience, but eventually hid my 2 start review.
