Have been trying to transfer a domain…
Have been trying to transfer a domain away from Vodien for more than 4 weeks. Spoke to them on their chat for an hour, after which they promised to email me with update didn't happen. Have now spoken to at least 4 people on their support email, who constantly push me to "help" pages that don't exist and don't follow up. They promise to elevate my issues but never do, and then we start the process again. At the point where I am now losing business because of this and am considering legal action. I never registered my domain name with Vodien, they bought the company I used. Buyer beware!!
