problem with an order
the booster was a nice guy, but wasn't able to finish the order on the first attempt, which caused me to lose more gems than i wanted to spend. i wasn't informed about this and just saw it when i logged into my account. also the average completion time was 1 hour on average but it took my booster 1.5 days but since i have only ordered once so far that could've also just been unlucky. overall i feel like there was a lack of communication on when the booster was on the account and when he wasnt so i wasn't really able to use my account during the whole 1.5 days and the first time he started playing was after like 1 day, but i didnt know that, because there was no communication on when he is logging on. in the end my order was somewhat completed on the second attempt but i thought it was supposed to be on the first attempt without having to use more gems and it took longer than what was advertised.
