Order Issues Due to Unclear Stock Availability
I recently ordered a laptop from SunSky.com, assuming it was in stock. My bank charged me around USD 13 for the transaction, but later I found out the item was not actually available. My money (excluding the bank charge) was only refunded after about a week. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but the unnecessary bank charge could have been avoided if the website had clearly shown stock availability. I hope SunSky.com improves this aspect of their service to provide a smoother customer experience. The order number is 2508126444
