Genuinely feels like a scam

Online check-in is essentially unusable, and finding clear information on the website is frustrating at best. The only option left is to contact customer service, but even that is nearly impossible in practice. Overall, the entire system lacks transparency and usability. It genuinely feels like a scam and you only discover whether your journey is properly sorted on the day of departure.
