Poor customer service - refusing to refund
I am extremely disappointed with Vitilan’s customer service. I arranged a return and the items were collected over a week ago, yet they still refuse to process my refund. Their excuse is that the items haven’t reached their warehouse, but that should not be my problem—especially since I no longer have the products in my possession. It is completely unacceptable for a company to delay refunds in this way. I fulfilled my end of the return process, but Vitilan continues to hold my money without providing a clear timeline or resolution. This behavior is unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for their customers. I strongly advise others to avoid this company. A reputable business should handle returns and refunds fairly and promptly, not leave customers out of pocket and chasing after what is rightfully theirs.
