Andrew & Carlos Went Above and Beyond — This Is What Great Service Looks Like
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Shoutout to Andrew and Carlos for an outstanding delivery experience in Brooklyn! These two guys were absolutely amazing from start to finish. The delivery did not include carrying the couch up to the third floor, and they did it anyway, without hesitation, without complaint, just with a smile. That kind of effort is rare, and it honestly made my day. That is the type of service that turns a one-time customer into a loyal one. Big thanks to both of them. If you get Andrew and Carlos on your delivery, consider yourself lucky! Matthieu
