I will start with how much I loved my set that my husband gifted me. I specifically asked my husband to purchase my wedding/marriage rings from Moon Magic because I believed in their promise of quality, integrity, and care. They seemed so pretty, caring and of great quality. Their website highlights reviews where customers received replacements for broken rings, which made me feel confident choosing them for something as personal and meaningful as my meaningful jewelry. When my ring lost a stone after only a few months of wear, we reached out expecting that same care. I have a job which requires a lot of hand use but even then I would remove my rings to protect them. Instead of standing behind their product, Moon Magic offered my husband an insulting discount on a RECENT, new purchase. A discount is not a replacement, and it’s not how a company of integrity treats a customer who placed their trust in them for something so significant. We are talking 3 months. We will not be using that discount, and sadly nor will we be buying from Moon Magic again. It’s deeply disappointing to see the gap between the values they promote and the way they actually treat customers when issues arise. A company’s true character shows in how it handles problems, and in this case, Moon Magic fell short. While I once loved my rings, I can no longer recommend Moon Magic — I’ll be turning to a company that honors its word and stands behind its jewelry with real accountability. My honey knows how important my rings are so he tried to fix the issues. He wasn’t supported so I will find a new company with better quality and support.
