Great drones and customer service
I bought my first DJI drone (Neo) in March this year and was very impressed with the functionality for the price paid. Unfortunately, I crashed the drone recently and broke the camera lens. Having sent it back to DJI using their DJI Care Refresh system, they agreed to repair it free of charge. Very efficient with good communication.
