Terrible company - do not buy from them
Terrible delivery service, terrible customer service, terrible all round! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered dresses that didn't fit, as well as a huge amount of sample fabrics as I was planning to buy my bridesmaid dresses from here. Firstly I had to chase up my order, when chased it magically was sent the next day. By calling themselves duntery.uk, I naively assumed they were UK based only to learn they are shipping from China. Then, when trying to return the dresses, they charged me postage I have already paid when buying the dresses, postage for sending them back (I have no problem with this) and then they only give partial refund! They required me to send them the returns information, which I did, I've now had the parcel rejected and sent back and there is no remorse or offer of compensation from them. And they continue to claim they never received my returns information. That is from a website claiming EASY RETURNS! AVOID!!
