This is a scam.
This is a scam. I bought a $119 AC on June from this merchant. The AC has never worked, only the heater. I wanted to exchange or get refund but there was return info nor return address came with the product. I emailed them reporting the issue and asking to provide the info and return label. The confirmed receiving my email but that was it I never heard or received anything from them. I reported my Citicards and provided all evidents of this scam but the bank was not able to help. I lost the money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.
