White and pink flowers should not be brown
I had bought a flower bouquet for Chinese Valentine's Day (Qixi). The bouquet arrived with several brownish flowers that should have been white and pink, and basic red and white wrapping paper package even though I had ordered the deluxe package. Since I had already emailed them 3 times about the order over the last 2 weeks and had not received any reply, I did not bother to try to contact them about this lack of quality issue. I will be buying from a different florist next time.
