Unauthorized Charge and Failure to Respond: Sent me a recurring invoice without my consent two weeks before the original invoice's due date, even though I had informed them that I'm auditing the providers and planning to switch the web hosting provider because I was not content with their service or the 100% jump in price from 1st year to the second. They failed to respond and just charged my credit card. Now, maybe taking legal action. Avoid at all costs. They don't have any kind of customer service and clearly are screwing their paying existing customers.
