I would not recommend Multiplier
I would not recommend Multiplier for anyone needing Employer of Record or visa support services. I engaged Multiplier in early 2024 to sponsor a Belgian work visa through their EOR service. Despite paying invoices for both visa fees and a large deposit, the application was never filed with the Belgian authorities. Over the course of several months, I experienced: • Complete lack of communication: Multiple follow-ups went unanswered for weeks at a time. • Missed deadlines: An agreed start date of August 1 passed without any action. • Contradictory billing: I was invoiced again for visa fees that I had already paid, without clear explanation. • Escalations ignored: Even after raising the issue with a senior director, no progress or clarity was provided. Ultimately, I had no choice but to cancel my request and move forward with another EOR provider, who immediately provided the transparency and urgency I needed. For a service that charges premium fees, the execution and communication at Multiplier were unacceptable. If you are considering them for immigration or EOR support, I strongly advise evaluating alternatives first.
