Potential faulty machine...
I'm sorry I should have contacted elegoo sooner but I thought the problem I have received since I got the product must have been a personal mistake, that along with my mental stability dealing with life has made it something that Ive just put behind. After doing alot of research it seems to be I have received a faulty sensor on the extruder which makes it so it's unable to level properly. After trying everything I've found the only idea I have left is to maybe have to replace parts. If this is something we can maybe still figure out I would REALLY appreciate it. It was a birthday present and all it's caused is a large amount of stress .
