Ordered 4, only 3 have arrived. Have ordered 4 of everything else. Still waiting to hear back from customer service, which seems like a trend on this site!! I wish I'd looked at the reviews before wasting my money! Now I have 'almost' a full dinner set - what use is that?? UPDATE: True to their word Customer Service contacted me and sent the missing and damed items, they arrived today, so I'm very impressed. I love my new set of dinnerware - it's exactly what I've been looking for.
