Prosper does a great job of educating and informing students re the various markets. They are polite, positive, helpful and most efficient regarding time. They would like to spend time and say hello to to hundreds of people, but realize it's not time efficient. Charlie gets right to it regarding the markets and what zones to be aware of as well as a top down analysis. I don't have one to two hours to listen to commentary and Charlie, Scott and all colleagues get that! They do a great job of breaking down complicated topics and will explain terms as well as any relevant graphs ~BREVITY IS KEY A+! Customer service is helpful and responds within 24-48 hours.
