Terrible return process, customer service
The return/refund process was absolutely horrible. They asked for pictures, and at one point tried to offer me a coupon to buy more from them instead of a return. What?? I ended up contacting my cc company to start the process of a chargeback, since QVR didn’t want to complete the return. Eventually they did (took about two weeks) although they charged me $22 for return shipping. I would never recommend doing business with this company. Ever.
