Super Helpful Customer Service
Second time posting a review but it was well worth it for the buying experience and customer service. You can look for my previous post but I basically had questions about stock and navigating the changes to US Customs/Tariffs Policies and customer service was kind and patient enough to walk me through everything. They confirmed my order would be coming from a US warehouse. When I went to check out, I noticed I was still being charged duties. I reached out to them and they offered to refund the charges once I received the package. My order came quickly, within a week. I emailed the same day and the next day I was refunded. Overall, communication and order was handled in a timely manner. Will definitely be looking to order from them again :-)

The Songmont Team Goes Above and Beyond!
The Songmont Team was incredibly friendly and helpful! As of writing this, I'm currently navigating the changes to US Tariff and Duties Policies and had a lot of questions--how they would apply to my order, if my items would be coming from their US warehouse, to if customs/duties would be applied to my return if my order originated from their US warehouses. I also had a few questions regarding their current promo of a free charm with each bag. They were patient with all the back and forth of my questions and even helped me confirm the items I was interested would be coming from their US warehouse, assuring me I should not incur any additional charges. Part of the back and forth included that duties were still being applied. I emailed to clarify and they let me know they would be willing to refund the duties once my package arrives (since again, they already confirmed it should be coming from their US warehouse).
As you can see, I had quite an involved inquiry. I felt terrible having the back and forth but they were nothing but pleasant and always got back to me anywhere from 6-12 hours.
I was able to purchase with confidence, knowing that they're responsive, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile.
