My experience was & is great because I am getting my life back!
My experience was & is great because I really felt like I was part of the family. I met with a coach (thanks Angela!) once a week by phone and she was available to me during the week if I had questions. Additionally, Energized Health provided daily videos that were really beneficial. Not only did they teach you about the protocol and how to get your body healthy, but there were emotional/mental health aspects to it as well. There was also once a week zoom meetings which were great. I am 67 year old woman and have tried every weight loss program on the planet and finally, I have found one that works! I started this program at 412 lbs and truly thought I was a lost cause. I was pretty scared about what the future had in store for me. Well, I have lost 50 lbs in my first 88 days &, of course, I'm not done yet! Going for round two, three, four...however long it takes....which incidentally, costs nothing. Once you join the Energized Health family, you have access to them for life!!! I highly recommend this program!
