Not too bad but not too good . Chat response is fast. Actaully, I have made two times livechat to request to upgrade my email plan. At first they have confirmed me their colleage will make a call to teach me upgrade, but they have not called me. Finally, I have to make 3rd on live chat on 2/9 , their colleague send me the link at once to arrange payment in the same time
