Ongoing issues but may be resolved
I would like to amend this review. Since writing it the company have now reissued my order and I am awaiting delivery. I will remove my lack of trust as the complaint now appears to be rectified. Fingers crossed 🤞. If all goes well I will be amending the star rating as the quality of the products that did arrive is really very good. I look forward to amending I ordered 4 t shirts in a variety of colours (purple, blue, white and black) waited for the order (3 weeks) but I expected it to take a while as they come from China. When the arrived only 3 of the shirts arrived and they were all yellow. I immediately contacted customer service and after what is now 2 weeks of emails back and forth, they are distancing themselves from the complaint saying they dispatched 4 shirts and they were the correct colours. (It’s impossible for this to be true as the company is not based in China but the orders are dispatched from China. So there is no way they can insist they dispatched the correct order). I continue to email trying to find a resolution but I only get a response of “we dispatched 4 shirts”
