Scam customer service
The thumb drive I needed to recover would not load and they refuse to refund $100. Week after week of total bs emails from a robot. Scam. And your reply below is the same robotic one I've gotten for a month. Same ongoing. There is nothing to share or recover as the drive will not load. I have asked for a refund for weeks since Recoverit did nothing.
