Superior user support
I have worked with Sculpfun lasers for many years now, and I have to say that they have superior user support! I've been active in the diode laser community for a long time, and overall, the feedback I got about Sculpfun is the best among the diode laser companies out there. Of course, some users still have support issues, but most of them don't. Many people switched to Sculpfun because the other companies provide worse support. The laser machines are of good quality. Some have some minor issues, but Sculpfun always works on improving their systems and software.
