There was no tracking information provided, and the website itself offers no customer care support details—no phone number, no live chat, and no working contact email. The only email I could find and that was, which is completely unresponsive. The assigned carrier was KHY, and their contact page at shenhang56.com is either broken or useless. I’ve received no updates, no location details, and no way to verify the status of my shipment. It’s been weeks with zero communication. This kind of service is unacceptable. If you're considering ordering from this site, think twice. There is no transparency, no accountability, and no way to get help once they have your money. I strongly advise others to avoid this seller until they fix their customer service and provide real tracking and support.
