These people are scammers, they stilling customers money. I sent their package with ugly clothes back and after 5 months they still didn’t refund my money. Also don’t reply my emails. I provided proof of shipment, no reaction.
Not even one star. These scammers sent me absolute trash, and they admit that the clothing is not like on the picture and asked to return the package. I sent it back to China for my own expense, 4 month later still no money and they don’t even reply my emails. TOTAL SCAM Reported to the police. Shame
I return their garbage to China, spend money for the shipping and still they didn’t return the amount I spent for the scam clothing. It has been 4 months since my return and now they don’t reply. Total scam. I reported them to the police and to the State of Washington. It may take time but karma is always working.
